It all started with an idea. A, What if? Pretty soon 3 brothers, Luke, Titus, and Ben Kottke had the ball rolling on a chance of a lifetime! Opening their own Meat Plant in Withee, WI! Meat prices were high in the stores, shelves were bare due to Covid-19 and "meat shortages" derived from large feed lot fed plants being shut down. Why couldn't they help supply their local community with quality Prime & Choice beef at a price they can afford? Besides, beef directly off the farm always tastes better, doesn't it?
